Fatherhood advocates (who we’ve admittedly been confused about before), New Fathers 4 Justice, have staged another protest. This time, they scaled the “Francis Lord de Dunstanville and Basset Monument on Carn Brea” in Redruth with superhero costumes on. Two Batmans and a Spider-Man held up a banner that said “children need both parents.”

For us states-siders, Redruth is in the southwest of England. When I Google Maps’d it, I thought I was looking at a World of Warcraft map until I got to almost the last zoom-out tick.

New Fathers 4 Justice member Wayne Pryor said that he has “to pay through the nose for the privilege of not seeing my kids.” This isn’t the first time New Fathers 4 Justice have protested in superhero costumes – it’s kind of their thing – and hopefully they keep it up!
