Florida father Dennis Hobbs was found not guilty yesterday of stalking his daughter.

The 60 year old was arrested outside of the shelter where his 18 year old daughter was living. He was in a car, dressed in black, with face paint and a wig on, and had with him journals of the daughter’s activities and a loaded gun.

Remember, we said he was found “not guilty.”

The St. Petersburg Times reports that the defense attorney in the case said the daughter was making poor choices – skipping school, smoking and – get this – dating. Well, what father hasn’t wanted to have a loaded gun handy while his daughter is dating?!

Pretty sure we covered all the details, but if you’re still thirsty for more, check the sauce.
