Pro Golfers Struggle to Balance Work and Time With New Babies
Chances are that if you’re not excited about the start of the baseball season, then you’re into golf. So if you prefer fairways to outfields, the New York Times is talking fathers at the Masters.
A couple dads that the NYT mentions juggling time between “divots and diaper duty” are Bubba Watson, who has a recently-adopted one month old baby. Jonathan Byrd’s got a new caddy too – his wife gave birth to their third child March 30th.
The only bummer, of course, is that a reporter at the Masters asked Watson how many diapers he’s changed since the adoption. “I haven’t changed a diaper yet. I’m winning right now,” answered Watson.
No, Bubba. That, my friend, is what you’d call your first dad-bogey.
